JPMooney Ltd has nearly 30 years’ experience in the major construction industry working on projects ranging from £3million to £35 million and covering housing, commercial industrial, public sector, retail and high rise developments. JPMooney Ltd was formed in 2006 since when Jim has provided consultancy services as a design and project manager on several large scale residential schemes plus a prestigious hotel and office development in Sheffield before JPM started concentrating mainly on full construction management services for several major clients on projects now totalling £34M.

Albert Works is a £1.8M refurbishment and rebuild of old silver smiths buildings into 20000ft2 of office space for a leading PR company. Sidney St is the following 3 phases of mixed new build and refurbishment/adaption to provide 78 high quality apartments and 7 unique commercial spaces with a build cost of £7.5M which was completed in December 2017 including the fit out of the fantastic Birdhouse Tea Bar and Kitchen. The project was delivered under budget and has already won one award with nominations for further awards already in the pipeline.
