Steve Richardson

Has 33 years’ experience working as a site and senior engineer and senior section manager on a similar range of projects including time spent on overseas major civil engineering projects.

Mark Rae

Our consultant commercial manager has 33 years’ experience working as a QS and commercial manager again on a similar range of projects including several University projects.

Consultancy services. The flexibility to employ individual engineers/managers for individual projects, offering better value for money and supplying staff who are flexible and experienced enough to provide far more than simple management or engineering services. The staff supplied will take on specific packages such as groundwork’s, substructures or superstructures and will manage the engineering and day to day liaison with the subcontractors and designers reducing the need for contractors supervisory staff and in many cases covering the roles of more than one traditional supervisor, saving the client money on prelims and giving the clients own staff more time to manage other work packages.Here to convert case.

Design and build management. A service to assess design drawings before even starting on site to ensure that sufficient information is available to generate an accurate market tested cost plan and then make an effective start on site. The team can then stay with the project, managing and reviewing design information as it is produced, collating subcontract information packages and cost plans, managing and distributing design information and attending design team meetings. We can also collate and produce operation and maintenance manuals for the handover of the completed project.

Construction management. The most complete service jpmooney ltd offer is to take a client brief and design for a specific scheme and produce a work package based and market tested cost plan. Jpmooney will then manage the scheme under a construction management contract on behalf of the client procuring contractors for each package of works and offering the best value package to the client to place orders with directly avoiding any main contractor mark up.

Consult and Freelance Work - Work The team has taken on consult and freelance work for major construction companies and specialist contractors, care home providers and education authorities. The work involved includes, commercial management, design management and project management plus survey work and planning application consult work.

JPMooney Ltd will undertake the management of the project including liason with the client, design team and statutory authorities and provide all the site management services required to manage a major project.

JPMooney Ltd will also provide project planning, reporting, cost management and meeting coordination, procure and maintain the site establishment (cabins, hoarding etc) and maintain the statutory requirements of a construction site.
